Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow two days to process your order. Expect an email within three days or sooner to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 5 business days. Flat rate shipping fees are calculated by the US POSTAL SERVICE and apply to all orders. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

We offer international shipping to the following countries that have already been preselected. There is also a list of countries that we do not offer international shipping to at this time. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout but could be $30.90+ Delivery could take anywhere between 8 - 20 days depending on it's destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Urban Shelf is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the  return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bleuwillow@duck.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
